Hey Guys lets stop guessing. I would recommend anyone starts a new topic and they haven’t included a support ticket then that should be the first thing they get. Trying to guess what is wrong is just us asking a lot of questions. The poster needs to provide enough information so they get solid advice and not with us asking 100 questions

It’s just that some times things are too obvious…
Trying to give legit advice as quick as possible… but I do agree that a support ticket would make it easier… everybody hates to fill them out tho …
It’s really faster to help someone when you have all the information you need @peachfuzz
I was an IT Manager for 15 years and I had a similar sheet to the support ticket. It saved me countless hours because the person in need supplied all the info I needed to make a fast and correct diagnosis and repair.
Yeah, hard to make a case without proper intel…hear you brother !
