if you are ready to harvest, a final flush is open to debate…
leaves die as the plants get ready to be harvested…so plants so near as yours are, leaves dying isn’t so strange.
the first picture looks like it has weeks to go and may benefit from a flush to adjust pH.
damage to the leaves can take weeks to show, that has been going on for a bit.
