I harvested 3 plants last night! I wished they could’ve lasted another week or so but I need the room for the other 3 girls which are in mid-flower. All-in-all this was a pretty good haul for a crowded tent thought. I wet trimmed and took some pics I’ll upload later.
3 down, 3 to go - hoping january for the next round. I’ll take some pics of those as well and upload.

Reviving this dead journal. I took a pause from growing but the tents are back up and there is a new addition to the hardware. 6 Plants are all 3 weeks from germination.

5 week update …its like riding a bike! The 3 stellar plants so far in 3 Gal pots are Jack Herer, OG Kush and White widow - all autos.
The Og kush is in the middle and only 10" to the top of the soil…short but stout, amazing!
The 2nd white widow in the 5 Gal pot stretched faster than the rest on me but is covered in bud sites and tricomes. Hoping she beefs up before finishing.
I’ve been really impressed with the new HLG light - The old lights grew pretty good stuff but it was always a battle for which plant or branch got more light … now I think I am under growing in a 2x5 tent with 4 plants (autos). So I’m hoping to throw in the lemon skunk fem in the smaller tent once she starts showing signs of flowering.

New Auto babies (I’ll introduce them later after they’ve been transplanted to final pots)
I think the white widows, jack herer and OG kush are days from harvest so I started feeding plain water last week and flushed them over the weekend. I used fox farm line of nutes and a combination of happy frog, ocean forest and some old coco I had laying around… why not.

UPDATE
I chopped down both white widow autos, Jack Herer auto and OGK auto about a week ago or so. They are now curing in mason jars after hang drying them in one of my tents. Pretty happy with the final product, here are some bud porn shots and update on the Lemon Skunk Photo and Bubble gum Auto

She started experiencing some Nitrogen and Cal/mag issues which I “corrected” with a flush and feeding. I read on here that the R-spec Quantum boards make the girls hungrier during flower? Is that true? She’s still showing some yellow leaves but she seems to be doing good otherwise.

This was the plant that stressed me out the most and I almost gave up on her during veg but she bounced back. She’s close to final flush/harvest but noticed significant bud rot on the main cola - not sure how or why it happened but noticed it today so I chopped off the affected area and inspected the whole plant. Other buds seem to be healthy with some amber tricomes starting to show so she’s going to get flushed and harvested by the end of the week. Hoping the rot is in check

In my opinion - more light = more food
Thanks for the video link and I agree! more light = more food. I’m not complaining though the buds are rock hard and still covered in frostiness. The light was definitely a good buy and probably paid for itself the 1st time using it.
