3w Plants turning brown... Please help!

I am a total newbie but trying to learn. I planted a couple Blueberry seeds in my Areogarden a couple weeks ago. The seeds germinated in a few days and started out look good. But after a few days they started to get little yellow/brown spots which has seen taken over the first leaves.

I don’t think this is your problem but its definitely a starting point…

60 percent humidity would be good at this stage

Thx for starting a new thread :+1:
I will tag @Donaldj here because him know a lot more about this system!
Also i guess that is nutrient burn (not sure about it) because you suppose to not feed seedlings(seedlings have enough food stored in the first 2 leaves for first 1-2 weeks) @mwep

Honestly to me it looks like a calcium deficiency however many deficiencies can be hard to diagnose if pH has been swinging at all because there could be multiple deficiencies adding up on top of each other. @garrigan62 @Hogmaster or @Donaldj can help you out

Thank you very much!

I am trying to follow this guide for Areogarden

One thing I forgot to mention…

At the same time I planted the Blueberry; I also planted an AK-47.

It was really slow to germinate and then when it did, the head was buried in the medium like a ostrich.

The first leaves finally came out and a day later I found a fungus gnat.

I pulled that plant and have been watching the other plant for any insects. I didnt see anything else yet.

I am also using 5ml Cal-Mag supplements as specified in the guide

I am also using 2ml Botanicare Hydroguard

Last thing… TDS test 400

My PH has not been swinging much at all. Its been 5.8 pretty consistently. I have been using Distilled Water as well.

I cant reply anymore bc i am a new user…

they really shouldn’t need anything for nutrients so early and are you talking 1.5ml Gal micro grow bloom ?
Also would be curious how res temp is water tends to equalize with ambient temp
But mostly looks like nutrient burn to me are you starting with tap water then adding nutrients or filtered water

nutrient burn for sure anything over 200 when they are that small is too much

Try this start with filtered water 1ml micro 2ml bloom no grow per Gal sounds the same but it isn’t the PK ratio is different and will promote root development. Should put your ppm closer to 200-250
ph as you have been, try placing clear plastic cups over them for now to help them recover in higher RH

Thanks!!

I have done everything you suggested.

Ph: 6.0
TDS: 209

I have placed a clear cup to increase the RH.

Fingers crossed!!
